The House of Representatives goes on recess Thursday, so a vote won't be taken until after August recess.

A group of House Republicans introduced articles of impeachment against Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Wednesday.

Reps. Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan and several others introduced the articles. They say Rosenstein, the Department of Justice and the FBI have delayed or avoided responding to congressional requests for documents relating to the Russia investigation and the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails.

But House GOP leaders don't seem to support impeaching Rosenstein. Speaker Paul Ryan has defended the Department of Justice.
