The House Intelligence Committee unanimously voted to send its testimony with Roger Stone to special counsel Robert Mueller. Stone served as an adviser to Donald Trump's presidential campaign and testified in front of the committee during a closed-door hearing in 2017.

This could be a sign the special counsel may indict Stone in the near future, according to legal analysts.

This comes about a week after Mueller formally requested the transcripts. Since Stone's 2017 hearing, several committee members have questioned whether Stone's answers were truthful.

The longtime Trump associate has denied any wrongdoing.
