Rachel Gonzalez is the Democratic National Convention's youngest delegate at just 17 years old (she'll turn 18 by Election Day). Gonzalez was just 9 when she turned to her mother in 2008 and said she wanted to vote for Hillary Clinton. When her mother informed her of the legal voting age, Gonzalez was crushed — and began counting down the 3,000-plus days until the 2016 general election.
