The White House has temporarily shut down its petitions website.
The site, called "We the People," was launched in 2011 by then-President Barack Obama. The White House says it'll be replaced by a new platform in late January.
The government is supposed to respond to petitions that get over 100,000 signatures in 30 days, but according to The Associated Press, the Trump administration has yet to respond to any that meet the threshold.
The White House says the new platform will save taxpayers over $1 million per year.
