Andrew Shafer is a photographer who collaborated with Scripps News teams to tell visually enticing national and international stories. He began his career freelancing in the film industry and running live newscasts for KSHB in his hometown of Kansas City. Since working at Scripps News, Andrew has produced some of his own stories and hopes to tell more, especially those revolving around the film and craft beer industries.
