Benjamin is a two-time Emmy Award winning videographer. He works in Washington, D.C. on investigative and feature length political packages and develops graphics to help viewers visualize stories.
Benjamin started his career in 2018 after graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He worked as a sports anchor at KSNB in Hastings, Nebraska. During that time, he won the Nebraska Broadcasters Association’s Gold Award for “Best In-Depth Sports Story or Series.”
Benjamin transitioned out of sports and into photojournalism in 2021, where he worked at WTVR-TV in Richmond, Virginia. He has been with Scripps News since 2024.
