Brittany is an Emmy-nominated investigative producer based in Denver, Colorado. During her time at Scripps News, she has investigated mass shootings, the impact of fentanyl on children, and political violence.
Brittany’s journalism career has led her to receive the National Murrow Award by the Radio Television Digital News Association. She was also a finalist for the duPont Award.
Brittany originally went to journalism school to cover sports but found her passion in covering live breaking news. Since graduating from the University of Nevada, she has worked as an executive producer of investigations at Rocky Mountain PBS, as an investigative producer at KMGH, and a special projects producer at WSMV.
