When Anna Faris stopped by "The Late Late Show" Tuesday night she got to sample some rare delicacies. And by "delicacies," we mean bugs.
"These are cockroach canapes," Chef David George Gordon said.
"You wanna try one?" James Cordon asked Faris.
"You go first Tituss," Faris said to other gues Tituss Burgess.
OK, can we just say what everyone is thinking? Gross.
But Faris was a lot more adventurous when it came to the other dishes, eating fried tarantula legs, grasshopper kebabs and ants on a log. With real ants.
Despite our favorite childhood snack now being ruined, everyone seemed to really like the bug-filled dishes.
A writer for E! pointed out that Faris was most likely comfortable with the segment because, "...she and now-husband Chris Pratt initially bonded over their own [dead bug] collections and ultimately combined them after they got married in 2009."
The practice of eating bugs, which is called entomophagy, might actually be pretty good for you. The Huffington Postreports bugs are filled with protein and vitamins.
Still, we think we're gonna stick to burgers for now.
