Hayden Panettiere is reaching out for help for postpartum depression following the birth of her daughter.
She recently tweeted that she felt like she was regaining comfort with her body.
But her rep told People Panettiere is, "voluntarily seeking professional help at a treatment center as she is currently battling postpartum depression," a condition she's addressed publicly.
"It's something I think that needs to be talked about and women need to know that they're not alone," Panettiere said on "Live With Kelly & Michael."
