It's official: Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from Lamar Odom.
The 29-year-old reality star cited "irreconcilable differences" in court documents released Friday. Celebrity gossip outlet TMZ was the first to report on the impending divorce.
According to the docs, Khloe has requested the judge restore her maiden name and that certain assets, like her jewelry, be considered separate property, not marital property, in the divorce. (Via Capital FM)
The date of the couple's separation is currently listed as "TBD" in the paperwork.
It's no secret that the two have been having troubles for some time now — seemingly starting when Odom was traded to the Mavericks and only getting worse after allegations of his infidelity and drug use surfaced. (Via E! / "Khloe & Lamar" )
Hollywood Life reports Kardashian kicked the NBA player out of their home back in September, but she apparently let him stay the night after her mother Kris Jenner's birthday party Nov. 5.

High-profile celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser is reportedly handling the legal aspects of the split, which is expected to be pretty straightforward because of the prenuptial agreement Kardashian and Odom signed going into their four-year marriage.
According to TMZ, the couple kept all their property separate and Kardashian isn't asking for spousal support and is requesting that the judge reject any attempt by Odom to get it.
And Radar Online reports Khloe is expected to stay in the couple's $4 million mansion and as stated in the prenup, she is supposed to get up to $500,000 for each year of marriage.
Doesn't sound like a bad deal for Khloe — and if other rumors are true, she just might have a new man to start her newly single life with.

Kardashian and Odom tied the knot after about a month of dating back in 2009.
