"American Horror Story" just signed the biggest monster of them all for next season: Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga.
The singer made the announcement on Twitter, also revealing next season's title is slated to be "American Horror Story: Hotel."
Now, Gaga's specific role hasn't been announced, but we do know that she's going to be a regular cast member.
The "Applause" singer might seem like an odd casting choice to some or the best choice to others. Gaga already has a few acting roles under her belt, though.
She made small appearances in both "Men in Black 3" and "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For."

"You know what they say: Once you kill a cow, you have to make a burger," Gaga says in the music video for "Telephone."
And she's worked with Ryan Murphy, the creator of "American Horror Story," before.
She's granted permission for Murphy to use many of her songs on his other show "Glee" over the years.
This latest news comes on the heels of what's been a pretty great week for Gaga.
She performed a "Sound of Music" tribute at the Academy Awards Sunday night and blew everyone away, including Julie Andrews.
This is the first casting news we've heard of for the upcoming fifth season of "American Horror Story."
A few of the actors who've starred in multiple seasons of the show will be working on other Murphy projects. Sarah Paulson will appear in "American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson," while Emma Roberts will be starring in "Scream Queens." (Video via FX Network / "American Horror Story: Freak Show")
It's still unknown whether Jessica Lange, who's starred in all four seasons of the show, is returning. (Video via FX Network / "American Horror Story: Asylum")
"American Horror Story: Hotel" starring Gaga will premiere in October.
