WATCH: Jimmy Kimmel Gets A Ballet Lesson From Misty Copeland

Jimmy Kimmel's pink tutu and ballet moves didn't impress professional ballerina Misty Copeland one bit.

After more than a decade of hosting his own late night show, Jimmy Kimmel has plenty of cred in the entertainment industry. But there's one thing he should probably leave off his resume: ballet.

"Isn't this good, though?" asked Kimmel on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

"Oh, um, no," Misty Copeland replied. "This is what you guys are doing."

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" came to Brooklyn, Kimmel's hometown, and Kimmel and his pal Guillermo met up with professional ballerina Misty Copeland for some lessons.

Copeland is the principal dancer for American Ballet Theatre and the first African-American to hold the spot. So in the ballet world, she's a pretty big deal, and she's used to working with professionals, not two middle-aged late-night personalities in tights. (Video via Under Armour)

"Ballet was born in Italy more than 600 years ago, and today it died," Copeland said.

But being a professional, she kept a straight face come showtime, which is pretty impressive, considering the pink tutus.
