Melina is an intern with The Why at the Scripps News Chicago bureau. Melina produces and reports on a variety of stories for the show, ranging from lifestyle to health and real estate. Originally from Athens, Greece, Melina is a multimedia journalist pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and International Studies at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
