Nathan is a video editor for Scripps News. He is based in Washington, D.C. and primarily creates packaged video edits for investigations and Truth Be Told, a news beat that breaks down political disinformation. He previously edited for Scripps News live shows “The Why” and “In the Loop.”

Nathan began his career in fine arts and documentary photography before transitioning into journalism. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. While earning his Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, Nathan was nominated for a Chicago/Midwest Emmy Award in Longform Nonfiction.

Shortly after receiving his master’s degree, Nathan worked as a multimedia producer for QC Roll Call. He transitioned to video editing after joining Scripps News in 2022.
