Nevada is almost 30% Hispanic. That's a significant change from overwhelmingly white Iowa and New Hampshire. While that changes the nature of campaigning itself, the outcome may not shift that much. But Tom Steyer, for one, is resting his campaign on hopes that it does. He talked to us one-on-one.
