Voting problems are cropping up in Virginia as multiple state websites shut down on the state's last day to register for the general election.

A cut cable is reportedly causing the outage. Some voters are now registering using paper forms.

The Virginia department of elections says it is working with network providers to restore service as quickly as possible.
