How President Obama Handles Hecklers

After President Obama dealt with a heckler inside "his house" on Wednesday, we took a look at how he's handled them over the years.

"OK, you know what? No, no, no, no, no, no. Listen, you're in my house. ... If you're eating the hors d'oeuvres ... you know what I'm saying?" President Obama told a heckler June 24, 2015.

Obama vs. hecklers: a love story.

Obama: Firm.

"The reforms I'm proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally," Obama said Sept. 9, 2009.

"You lie," someone said.

"That's not true," Obama responded.

"When you ask them ... sir, I'm here to speak to these folks. You're being rude," Obama said March 22, 2012.

Obama: Accepting.

"I hear you. I got you. No, no no, this is fine," he said Aug. 22, 2013.

"These guys don't need to go. Let me finish. No, no, no. He can stay there. I respect the passion of these young people," he said Nov. 26, 2013.

"I heard you. I heard you. And I heard you. Now, I've been respectful," Obama said Nov. 25, 2014.

Obama: Tense

"The answer to your question, sir, and the next time I prefer you let me finish my statements before you ask that question, is this is the right thing to do for the American people?" he said June 15, 2012.

"Let me address it. Why don't you let me address it ma'am? Why don't you sit down, and I will tell you what I'm gonna do," he said May 23, 2013.

But most of all...

Obama: Sarcastic

"I wouldn't feel comfortable if I didn't have at least one heckler," Obama said March 21, 2013.

"Tell us about your plan for nuclear war with Russia," someone said.

"I'm sorry. Who's that back there? ... He thought happy hour started earlier," he said Feb. 28, 2014

Most sarcastic president ever?

"Not really. Maybe. It's classified," he said Feb. 25, 2014.

The takeaway?

"I am just fine with a few hecklers, but not when I'm up in the house," Obama said.

Don't heckle the president in his house.
