Political Groups Hope To Capture Puerto Rican Vote In Florida Midterms

Since Hurricane Maria, hundreds of thousands of Puerto Ricans have left the island and moved to the U.S., many now live in Orlando, Fla, making them eligible to vote in the November elections. That can make a really big difference in a state where razor-thin election margins are the norm.
