Christine Blasey Ford has reached a agreement to testify before Congress on Thursday. Ford has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her while they were in high school.

Ford's lawyers announced that they reached the deal in a phone call with Senate Judiciary Committee staff. Her lawyers said the committee refused a few of Ford's conditions and that a number of procedural and logistical issues haven't been addressed, though they won't impede the hearing taking place.

Last week, the Senate Judiciary Committee canceled Kavanaugh's scheduled confirmation vote in light of Ford's allegations.

In an interview with The Washington Post, Ford said Kavanaugh groped her, tried to remove her clothes and put his hands over her mouth when she tried to scream. Kavanaugh denies those allegations.
