Police in the U.K. said as many as 21 people were treated in connection with the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal.
Wiltshire police said only three remain in the hospital: Skripal, his daughter Yulia and Detective Sgt. Nick Bailey.
Police confirmed Wednesday the case was being treated as an "attempted murder by the administration of a nerve agent."
