The Trump administration wants the Supreme Court to stop an undocumented immigrant in U.S. custody from having an abortion.
The request came not long after a federal judge decided the administration must allow two pregnant 17-year-old girls in immigration custody to undergo abortions.
The teens are referred to as Jane Roe and Jane Poe in court documents.
But the government says it's only appealing Jane Poe's abortion because of "differing circumstances surrounding Ms. Poe's case."
