President Donald Trump will be getting back to his campaign roots — he's holding a rally this weekend.
The event, which Trump announced in a tweet Wednesday, will be held at Orlando-Melbourne International Airport on Saturday evening.
People can sign up to attend the event on what used to be Trump's campaign website.
The location is not surprising, given that Trump won Florida and frequently held campaign rallies at airports — including the one he'll be at Saturday. He's also spent the past two weekends at his Mar-A-Lago estate, which he calls "the Winter White House," in Palm Beach.
As Newsy reported earlier this month, Trump has already filed for re-election with the Federal Election Commission.
But it's not as though he's officially declared his candidacy. The filing allows his campaign to accept donations from businesses while he's serving in the Oval Office.
The rally comes at the end of a rough week for the president.
National Security Adviser Gen. Michael Flynn resigned Monday after reports he misled the administration about his discussions with Russia's ambassador to the U.S.
On Tuesday night, reports — citing unnamed sources — said individuals in Trump's campaign were in contact with suspected Russian intelligence members in the months leading up to the presidential election.
Trump called the reports "non-sense" in a tweet.
