Amazon is upping its holiday shopping game by offering free shipping with no minimum purchase to everyone.

The company announced Monday all U.S. customers — even those without a Prime subscription — can get millions of items shipped to them for free in time for Christmas.

Usually, non-Prime members have to spend at least $25 to score free shipping.

The move comes not long after Amazon's stock plummeted when it predicted a weaker-than-expected holiday season, which is the most important sales period for the company.

And the online holiday shopping competition is definitely heating up. Last week, both Walmart and Target said they're expanding their free two-day shipping options for millions of items starting this month.
