Facebook said Wednesday it's added the ability to apply for jobs in more than 40 countries.
But the postings aren't what you might see on job sites like Indeed or LinkedIn. They're for local, small businesses looking for help.
Facebook launched the tool in the United States and Canada last year.
And it might be helping people find jobs. According to a 2017 online poll by Morning Consult, 26 percent of respondents had searched for or found a job using Facebook's tool.
Users can search for work by location, industry or job type by going to the "Jobs" tab on Facebook.
