An Internet rumor was so rampant, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers decided to address it on his weekly radio show.

"I'm just gonna say I'm not gay. I really, really like women."

"Websites suggested that Rodgers was gay because of his relationship with his ex-personal assistant." (Via HLN)

That personal assistant was Kevin Lanflisi, and NewNowNext played into the rumors, saying Rodgers was allegedly outed by Lanflisi, a quote "scorned ex-boyfriend."

And Lanflisi hasn't been silent on Twitter. Since Rodgers denies the gay rumors, just who was Lanflisi talking about?

"All that time spent on 'us' is now spent on 'me.' Which means I have more time to exercise, read, write, dream and save.."

All Rodgers wants people to know it seems, is that it's not him.

"He adds that he just doesn't worry about all that silly stuff that is put out there about him." (Via  WFLD)

WITI anchors just couldn't wrap their minds around why this was in the news in the first place.

FEMALE REPORTER: "I mean, really, people? Do we care?"

MALE REPORTER: "I thought we were at a point where no one really cared, but apparently we still do."

Well, for anyone who does care ... Rodgers isn't gay. Or so he says, at least.
