The Supreme Court is going to have to decide if it's within states' rights to cash in on sports betting.
Oral arguments are today in a case essentially between New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and both college and professional sports leagues.
Christie argues against a 1992 law that prevents any state but Nevada from legalizing single-game sports betting.
It's a federal law that says states can't allow sports betting. Christie, and others, argue the act violates the 10th Amendment.
