At Least 29 Dead In 2 Explosions In Afghanistan's Capital

The second bombing specifically targeted a group of journalists at the scene.

At least 29 people are dead and dozens are wounded after two explosions hit Afghanistan's capital Monday morning local time.

According to reports, the bombings took place in the central part of Kabul that's home to multiple Afghan government buildings, a number of embassies and NATO headquarters.

The first explosion was reportedly detonated by an attacker on a motorcycle. Police say the second was carried out by another attacker who was pretending to be a cameraman in a group of journalists. 

At least eight journalists were killed, including the chief photographer for the French news agency AFP. 

ISIS claimed responsibility for the two bombings.
