CVS Health has agreed to buy health insurance giant Aetna.

The deal is valued at roughly $69 billion. And it's being called the biggest merger of the year.

That's not surprising considering it combines one of the largest drugstore chains and one of the biggest health insurers in the U.S.

Some say the deal could help make CVS a one-stop shop for health care. But others worry Aetna customers could be left with fewer options as to where to get care or fill a prescription.
