Dick's Sporting Goods says it's done selling assault-style rifles in light of the deadly school shooting in Parkland, Florida.
The retailer also says it won't sell firearms to anyone under 21 and that it won't sell high-capacity magazines and some other accessories used with semi-automatic weapons.
The company stopped selling assault-style rifles at Dick's-branded stores after the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut in 2012 but continued offering the products at its Field and Stream stores.
Dick's CEO acknowledged not everyone will be happy with the new policy. The rules take effect immediately.
