A former USA Gymnastics coach accused of two dozen crimes has died by suicide just hours after Michigan officials announced the charges against him.
John Geddert was facing charges including human trafficking and sexual assault. He had been suspended by USA Gymnastics during a scandal involving disgraced sport doctor Larry Nassar, a colleague.
