A Kentucky state lawmaker accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl has died.
Police told local media they found Rep. Dan Johnson dead Wednesday night. Authorities are calling his death a "probable suicide."
Officers went to check on Johnson after he posted what appeared to be a suicide note on his Facebook page. His Facebook page has since been removed.

Johnson denied the allegations against him during a press conference Tuesday, which was held at the church where he serves as a pastor.
"This allegation concerning this lady, this young girl, absolutely has no merit," Johnson said.
Johnson's accuser says he kissed her and fondled her under her clothes back in 2012. She was 17 years old at the time.
