Meet Shaffwan Ahmed: Detroit local, community organizer, precinct delegate and an aspiring member of the Detroit City Council. He's been involved in the Hamtramck community since he was a kid, and he's seen a big shift there. In the 1970s, Hamtramck had a 90 percent Polish population. Today, it's the first Muslim-majority city in the U.S. That has a lot of people talking.
