According to the National Weather Service, this latest storm is expected to hit the area Monday with heavy snow and high winds.
Winter storm watches and warnings have been issued across the Northeast — including New York City; Boston; and Portland, Maine.
This will be the third nor'easter to hit the region in two weeks. Many are still recovering from the previous storms, which cut power to millions of homes and businesses and made travel dangerous.
