It's still cold outside, but we love any story that warms our hearts. Here are Newsy's top three heartwarming stories of the week.

Our No. 3 spot goes to this little guy who decided to run out onto the field after a soccer game between Brazil and South Africa. (Via HLN

As you saw, he was apprehended by security, but Brazilian soccer superstar Neymar stepped in.

He brought the boy over to meet the team, who couldn't wait to throw him up in the air and take some photos. (Via YouTube / Brian Scalabrine)

Neymar even posted about the encounter on his Instagram account.

No word on the boy's name age, but we're betting he'll never forget that night.

Our No. 2 spot of the week is the story of this 3-year-old girl from Canada who decided to do something very special for other kids. (Via FlyPress Films

"Sometimes kids get sick, and then their hair falls out. That's really, really sad. ... I don't want any kids to be sad that they have no hair." (Via FlyPress Films )

So little Emily James decided to cut her hair and and give it to a company that makes wigs for cancer patients. (Via 360 Hair)

How adorable is that? Emily's parents talked to CTV about the popularity of their documentary about their daughter's generosity.

"It's pretty amazing the scope, just the amount of reach that this video's had. ... This is her in a nutshell. It captures her character to a T."

Emily and her Rapunzel doll both got their hair cut by Emily's uncle, who owns a salon. The toddler donated 7 inches of hair.

Our No. 1 heartwarming story of the week centers around 10-year-old Colin, the boy who told his mother two months ago he didn't want her to throw him a birthday party because he didn't have any friends to invite. (Via Daily Mirror)

Well, his mom decided to create a "Happy Birthday Colin" Facebook page, which garnered more than 2.1 million followers who couldn't wait to wish him a happy birthday. But she kept the whole thing a secret from Colin.

Then for his birthday this month, ABC flew Colin and his family to New York for what he thought would be video game testing.

Instead, they threw him a birthday party Friday and let him know what his mom's been up to.

" ... letting you know that you are loved and you have friends all over the Internet."

ABC went on to surprise him and his family with a trip to Disney World. What an awesome way to celebrate your birthday.
