President Donald Trump won't start building part of his so-called border wall in California — at least not yet.
On Wednesday, Trump tweeted he won't build sections until the whole thing is approved. His remarks come a day after a federal judge paved the way to start construction on part of the barrier in the Golden State.
That ruling was a significant legal victory, but Trump still needs funding to move forward. Congress has yet to approve money for the barrier.
Still, Trump is expected to make his first official visit to California in mid-March to check out prototypes.
