FedEx and UPS are overwhelmed with the massive amount of Americans shopping online.

The two companies have cut off service to some retailers, placing the shipping responsibility on the postal service.

The postal service says it's "gridlocked" trying to keep up with demand and employees are working overtime to try and get everything delivered by Christmas.
