The Washington Post Used A Male Symbol On A Cover About Women

The Washington Post mistakenly used a male symbol on the Express cover featuring the Women's March on Washington.

We think Twitter user Sam Thielman hit the nail on the head with this one.

The Washington Post's publication Express mistakenly used the male symbol when featuring a story on the Women's March on Washington, a widely organized group of women's rights supporters planning to protest Trump's administration the day after inauguration.

Express quickly confronted its error, admitting the slip up was, well, embarrassing.

But wait, there's more!

In its first apology tweet, Express misspelled "erroneously," but it looks like someone caught that mistake pretty quickly.

Happy Thursday, everybody. Friday, we're almost there.
