Scripps News is bringing attention to the fentanyl crisis in a new special called “To Save A Life, A National Fentanyl Alarm.”
Acclaimed journalists and filmmakers John Donvan and Caren Zucker examine America’s ongoing fentanyl crisis, concentrating on saving lives and educating people about the dangers of the drug, as well as demonstrating how to reverse the effects of an overdose.
Along with other parents, Zucker shares the story of her own heartbreaking experience of losing her son Jonah to fentanyl in this powerful new special that she co-produced.
The special will be broadcast on Scripps News at 9 p.m. EST on Oct. 31 and will be available on all streaming platforms.
