Hi, I'm Stephanie Sandoval and here's a look at the stories Newsy is watching now.

Europe's law enforcement agency warned on Friday that criminals are using the coronvirus pandemic to their advantage. Europol said the unique and anxiety-inducing circumstances are offering organized crime groups new opportunities to scam people. A report from the agency listed four main types of crime to look out for: cybercrime, fraud, counterfeit or substandard goods and organized property crime.

Meanwhile, the ACLU of Rhode Island is questioning whether the state has crossed a constitutional line by pulling over cars just because they have New York license plates. Rhode Island's governor says the directive is meant to inform anyone coming from New York that they're required to self-quarantine for two weeks. She has acknowledged the move is extreme, but says it's necessary. The ACLU argues a license plate does not constitute the probable cause generally required to pull someone over.

And "Frozen" star Kristen Bell is hosting a Nickelodeon special called #KidsTogether, designed to talk to children about the pandemic. The show was announced Friday. Due to social distancing precautions, the hourlong program was shot via webcam from Bell and her guests' homes. Guests include current and former surgeons general, popular cartoon characters and comedians Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell. It'll air Monday at 7 p.m. Eastern.
