At least three people are dead and several others injured after an explosion damaged several buildings in St. Louis.
Police and fire officials responded to a reported boiler explosion on the south side of the city Monday morning.
As one witness told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch: "I open the door and we seen dust flying. Stuff flying everywhere is all we saw."
The St. Louis Fire Department said three buildings were damaged. Of the four people injured in the explosion, two are in critical condition.
Officials say the Collapse Rescue Task Force and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating the incident.
