On Saturday, the Department of Homeland Security declared a series of attacks against Pennsylvania police an act of terror.
Police killed Ahmed Amin El-Mofty in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Friday after he allegedly fired at officers at multiple locations throughout the city.
El-Mofty allegedly injured at least one law enforcement official.
