Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens has been indicted on a felony invasion of privacy charge.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner says a grand jury indicted Greitens for allegedly taking a naked picture of someone in 2015 and sending it to someone.

Newsy previously reported an allegation from a man who said the governor had an affair with his then-wife that same year. He said Greitens took a nude photo of his wife and threatened to use it as blackmail. Greitens admitted to that affair earlier this year but denied the blackmail allegation.

It's not immediately clear if the incident described in the indictment is the same incident previously reported.

The St. Louis Sheriff's Office reportedly arrested Greitens.
