Savoia was last seen leaving the club Marquee New York early Thursday morning following the end of Fashion Week. His friend reported him missing Saturday, concerned that Savoia missed a Valentines Day dinner date with his girlfriend. He believes his death was most likely an accident.

Police told the New York Post they believe, "Savoia was drunk and accidentally fell off his boat, which was docked" and currently don't think there was any foul play involved.

For three days concerned fans, friends and family spread the word on Facebook and Twitter asking everyone to keep their eyes out for the missing designer. He was known to disappear occasionally, but never as long as this week.

Savoia was known for his uniquely tailored suits which could cost up to $4,000.
