Gilbert, Arizona — it might not be the biggest city in the U.S. But, according to Realtor.com, it's the best one for job and housing growth.

A suburb of Phoenix, Gilbert is considered a "boom town" and reportedly has five times the job growth as the average U.S. city.

The site says the 85297 ZIP code is loved for its close proximity to golf courses, country clubs and a superior school district.

Along with being massive operation hubs for PetSmart and GoDaddy, the area is expected to grow by nearly 16 percent in the next five years.

Gilbert outlegged some more well-known cities like Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami and Las Vegas.
