"Some guys in the back of a pickup just started yelling the N-word at me," said Payton Head, Missouri Student Association president.

Not all forms of racism on Mizzou's campus are that obvious. Students shared stories of routine racism with #BlackOnCampus.

And college students of color across the nation joined in.

The tweets come during a week of protests.

"We're out here, we've been here, we ain't leaving, we are love," students shouted on Yale University's campus.

"Tom Rochon, no confidence," students chanted on Ithaca College's campus.

It shows Mizzou's stories have touched a nerve nationwide.
