Members of the NAACP were arrested during a second sit-in protesting Sen. Jeff Sessions' nomination for attorney general.
Six people, including NAACP President Cornell William Brooks, were arrested in early January after a seven-hour sit-in at Sessions' office in Mobile, Alabama.
The charges were later dropped.

Activists who are opposing Sessions for attorney general say he's "ignored the reality of voter suppression" and other civil rights issues. He was rejected for federal judgeship in 1986 over allegations of racism.
Sessions' office was closed Monday during the protest.
