Atlanta is still the undisputed champ of crowded airports. This year's report from Airports Council International says Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport remains the busiest in the world.

Atlanta held off Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and Beijing for the top spot. Two more U.S. airports were near the top of the list. LAX in Los Angeles was fifth — down one spot from last year. O'Hare International in Chicago was sixth.

Atlanta's passenger traffic was down a bit compared with last year, at least according to the preliminary numbers ACI released. Still, over 100 million people went in and out of the airport in 2017.
