This is Poh the dog. He's from New York City.

And this is Poh with his owner, Thomas Neil Rodriguez. He's also from New York City and works as a DJ.

The two, along with Rodriguez's fiancée, spent seven weeks in March and April traveling across the U.S.

That's because Poh, who's 15 years old, has been diagnosed with several health problems.

So come March 6, the three took off on a sort-of "bucket list" type of road trip.

Rodriguez told ABC the trio visited a total of 35 cities and had traveled 12,000 miles by the end of their road trip.

He kept up an Instagram page titled "Poh the Dog's Big Adventure" to let others keep up with their travels. So far, the page has garnered more than 65,000 followers.

For now, though, Rodriguez is back at home with Poh who, he told the New York Daily News, is in high spirits. The pair may even take one more short trip down to Miami once Rodriguez's fiancée returns from Japan.
