Police told The Sacramento Bee gunmen walked through a neighborhood park in Sacramento around 5 p.m., came up to the party and opened fire.
Authorities say the suspects then fled the scene in a car. No head count or descriptions of the shooters were made available, but police said the attack might be gang-related. (Via KTVU)

Digital Journal reports the man shot and killed was in his twenties while the rest of the wounded endured non-life threatening injuries. And, according to police, "violence in the park is a rare occurrence."
The Sacramento police have identified neither the victims nor the shooters as of Sunday afternoon.
