The Standing Rock Sioux tribe is claiming victory.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says it won't allow the Dakota Access Pipeline near the tribe's reservation.

This decision from the Obama administration could mean a lengthy environmental review.

But the company behind the pipeline hopes Donald Trump will greenlight the project when he enters office.

Trump supports the pipeline and owns stock in the company building it.
